About Infinity Yoga
Simon is a fully qualified yoga teacher and lucky enough to have come under the true authentic teaching as given by the great lineages of Yoga by Guruji, Dr. Vrushakapi, a renowned enlightened Yogi in India.
Simon completed his teachings on the profound wisdom and philosophy of Yoga and was honoured to have been given blessings to deliver the Undiluted teachings of Traditional Yoga in Compliance of Shrutha, Sutra and Sadhana, upholding the teachings or Rishis, Munis, Sadhus, Yogis, Gurus, Noble Saints and
the lineages of the purest Vedic Traditions, which he uses to help students grow and transform.
His classes are unique and adaptable to each student, and he encourages surrender and zero expectation and zero reistance. Simon's teaching style is open and validating, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the community to enjoy and experience.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga, unlike Traditional Yoga Classes is a relative new style of Yoga teaching, associated with deep restorative qualities associated with the Superficial Tissue and the Deeper Tissue Matrix called the Fascia, by holding postures for extended periods of time, we help to rejuvenate and restore our ligaments, joints and muscle fibres, as well as gain flexibility and strength in body and on a mental level.

Pránayama
All our Classes include the movement of breath or flow of Prana (Life force Energy) throughout right and left channels to help us regulate and maintain healthy lung capacity and balance our nervous system.

Our Classes are fully supportive of your needs, each class has a zero expectation policy. This means as each body type is different, you are not expected to move through the practice to the same degree as any other one Student in the Class.
