Infinity Yoga website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is designed to provide you with a quality of service, in order to provide the user means by which can purchase accessible Yoga Classes in the Local area of Carlisle Cumbria.
This Website is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age.
The Website is owned by Infinity Yoga.
These Terms & Conditions of Use (this “Agreement”) apply to all of the services and offers by Infinity Yoga, on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile devices, including any services in the community.
PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE or ATTENDING CLASSES.
Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of the Website and our services, offers and within the community. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse the Website) or you are a “Member” (which means that you have registered on the Website as a user).
We may modify this Agreement from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon its posting on the Website. You agree to be bound by any modification to this Agreement and our terms of services and offers available, when you use the Website after any such modification is posted; it is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly and understand any changes to our services or offers.
General Registration Requirements
You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form available on the Website (the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Infinity Yoga reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time. Use of the Service and membership on the
Website is void where prohibited.
Content (as defined in Section 6 of this Agreement) on the Website is provided to you “AS IS” for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Infinity Yoga.
Infinity Yoga reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Content.
Member Account, Password and Security
If you register on the Website, you will be required to choose a password and user name, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account, such as your e-mail address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Infinity Yoga of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another Member’s account without prior authorization from Infinity Yoga. Infinity Yoga will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.
Health Disclaimer
Physical exercise, in all of its forms and with or without the use of equipment such as blocks, straps or any other equipment that may be suggested by a Infinity Yoga instructor, is for guidance by the teacher only.
Accordingly, you are urged and advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any physical exercise regimen, routine, program or using any suggested equipment, shown in any of our public Classes.
Simon Jones (Infinity Yoga) has a deep knowledge of Human Anatomy and Tissue Structure and movement but does not or claim to be a medical organization and our Yoga Instructor cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Where Approperiate Ayurveda (Traditional Medical System of Yogic Science may be applied but at the permission and discretion of the individual Student, if approached on a one to one basis.
All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while attending the Classes.
By attending Classes you recognize and understand that physical exercise involves strenuous physical movement, and that such activity carries the risk of injury whether physical or mental.
You understand that it is your responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities for such activities.
It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in Yoga classes and activities from Infinity Yoga, you will not exceed your limits while performing such activity, and you will participate in classes that are current to your level of skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have.
Students MUST NOT make unsupported or exaggerated claims regarding the effects of yoga or give advise to other Students on adjustments, moifications and or Medical Advise.
You understand that, from time to time instructors may suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition.
You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against Infinity Yoga, or any person or entity involved with Infinity Yoga, including without limitation its instructors.
Equipment
Infinity Yoga advises to use your own personal equipment for physical activity, where a student does not own or is unable to supply their own means of a Yoga Mat, A Yoga Strap or any such means to facilitate their well-being during Classes, Infinity Yoga may supply and loan equipment to the student. This been subject to availability and means to do so, and is not guranteed.
Minors
For Minors, it is expressly appropriate that the Parent takes sole responsibility for and as written in (Section “2 Health Disclaimer”) The parent may ask for attendance of the Child but is not guaranteed by Infinity Yoga to be accepted that the Minor will be permitted to attend the Classes. This remains at the sole discretion of the Infinity Yoga.
Member Disputes
Infinity Yoga operates under a none-judgement, no ego and zero tolerence policy
This means you are solely responsible for your conduct in Class, misconduct is tightly regulated and any bullying, disrespect, Judgement and or argumentation with other members in the group or the Infinity Yoga Instructor, in any public Classes will result in your immediate removal from future Classes, this means that you will be asked to leave without refund in either Single Class Payments or 4 Class Freedom Pass and 6 Class Freedom Payment Passes without refund.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for so long as it is posted on any of the Website. We may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your membership before the end of the applicable billing cycle, your account will be cancelled as of the following month. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period that have been purchased on offers or single class payments.
Infinity Yoga reserves the right to terminate your account or your access to the Website immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Infinity Yoga believes that you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement, furnished Infinity Yoga with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the Website or the Service by others.
When you close or de-activate your account or if your account is otherwise terminated, we have the right, but not the obligation, to store your personal information. Unless we have exercised our right to terminate your account, you can re-activate your account at any time by contacting us.
Membership
No Sharing. Members of Infinity Yoga may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. Excessive logins by any Member will be construed by Infinity Yoga as fraudulent use of the Website, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund to pending or paid Classes in the Community. When becoming a Member you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.
Fraudulent Use. Infinity Yoga reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at its own discretion.
Modification and Discontinuation
We reserve the right at any time to modify, edit, delete, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Service or any of the Website (or any portion thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, editing, deletion, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or the Website.
Assignment
This Agreement and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Infinity Yoga without restriction.
Integration Clause
This Agreement together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Infinity Yoga on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinity Yoga concerning the Website, Classes and Passes, in turn it governs your use of the Website and Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Infinity Yoga with respect to the Website and Services offered.

4 Class Pass
Is for those who attend a single centre, either Botcherby or Belah Community Centre and are worth 4 Classes - valid for 6 weeks. 🙏🙏
This means for example, if you wish to use your Pass over a period of 4 weeks to the total of 4 classes upon purchase or spread your Pass over a period of 6 weeks, you are free to do so.
If spreading your Pass and still attending a single class each week, these will be charged at our normal single class rate of £8.50 each. Meaning if you attend one week and have a week off to spread your Pass, but still attend the classes each week, you will be charged single class rate for the class you are not using your pass. 🙏🙏

6 Class Freedom Pass
Is for those who attend both Botcherby & Belah Community Centre and is valid for 6 weeks. Giving you much more flexibility to attend Classes and save a little extra along the way, after all Yoga is about conservation of energy. 🙏🙏
This means for example, if you wish to use your Pass over a period of 3 weeks to the total of 6 classes upon purchase and attend Belah plus Botcherby you are free to do so. If you wish to spread your classes over the 6 weeks you are Free to do so.
If spreading your Pass over a period of 6 weeks and still attending both classes every week, those Classes when not using your Pass will be charged at our normal single class rate of £8.50 each where your pass is not been used. 🙏🙏

At the end of the 4 class Pass period, cards will be retained and dated as proof of completion.

****** Cancellations ******
In the event of cancelation when paying by Cash or online in advance, please make sure you give plenty of notice of at least 24hrs prior to commencement of class, as your space could be made available for others who wish to join the teachings and community.
If you are due a refund, this is at the descretion of the instructor and dependant on the circumstances of the individual. 🙏🙏
